November 11, 2009 – Red Herring announced that RF Co., Ltd is a winner of the Red Herring 100 Asia award, given to promising technology companies in the region.
This award is given by Red Herring Inc. (U.S) to top 100 companies with innovative technology. The evaluation is done through not only its products or service, but also its financial data, business model, and dedication to research and development. While there’s been more than 800 entries, we’re chosen as 200 finalists and had been invited for the last evaluation process in the previous ceremony held on November 10-11 in Shanghai, China. Each contestant made presentation and had question-and-answer session to appeal the company and we were successfully chosen as one of the most promising 100 companies.
The 100 winners and finalists from Asian region are endowed with the right to compete for Red Herring 100 Global in Laguna Niguel, CA, U.S. on January 13-15, 2010. The winner will be selected from contestants from every region (U.S., Europe, Asia).
We believe that our “NAOMI direct digital x-ray sensor” brought recognition for the unique CCD technology developed in-house and realization of low sales price as well as the marketing method.
